If you need a complete export of your QuickerNotes data, you can request it directly from your account settings.
A full data export includes all clinic data associated with your account, packaged as a single ZIP file. The export contains:
Patient charts and notes
Completed intake forms and form notes
Documents and uploaded files
Images associated with patient records
Other clinic documentation stored in QuickerNotes
All records are provided in PDF format for easy access and long-term storage. We’ve attached a sample export to this article so you can see exactly what the file structure and contents look like.
Step 1: Go to Settings
Log in to your QuickerNotes account.
In the left-hand menu, click Settings.
Step 2: Request Export
Scroll down to Export All Data.
Click the Export All Data button.
Your request will be logged and our team will be notified.
Note: If you do not see the Export All Data option, this is a permissions issue. Make sure your user profile has permission to manage exports, or contact support for assistance.
Step 3: Invoice & Processing
Once the request is submitted, we’ll issue an invoice ($149 per location).
After payment is received, the export process will begin.
Exports are typically completed within 5 business days of payment.
When ready, you’ll receive instructions to download the ZIP file.
Requirements
You must have an active subscription to both Mindbody and QuickerNotes to download the final export file.
